Create an organization and add multiple sites. Each site represents an office or location with its own manager, employees, and vehicle/driver.

Owner & site manager
The owner creates the organization and sites. Each site can have a manager who can create employees and drivers, assign staff to the site, and plan delivery routes.

Employees & leads
Employees go door-to-door to collect leads. They can record advance taken from the customer. Leads are visible to the manager and owner so nothing is lost.
Route planning
The manager builds the next day’s delivery route from the leads. The driver gets a clear list of stops so they can run the route efficiently.
Delivery & payment
The driver delivers orders door-to-door and collects the remaining payment (advance already taken by the employee). Delivery and payment status stay in sync.
